● The main machine adopts frequency conversion automatic control technology, the production speed and sieving frequency of the main machine can be adjusted by yourself.

● The machine is equipped with automatic safety and protection devices to avoid unnecessary waste of materials. When the empty bottles do not arrive at the production station, the main machine stops, and when it arrives at the station, the machine starts automatically to ensure the accuracy of counting and bottling in production.

● Two bottle stopping devices adopt the cylinder of China-Italy Joint Venture Kangmao Sheng to stop bottles, which is sensitive, reliable and easy to adjust.

● The swing mechanism adopts the domestic more advanced "inner hole centre axis offset" structure, frequency conversion speed control to produce the swing effect, low noise, easy to adjust, avoiding the domestic problems of wearing parts and difficult to adjust caused by the vibration caused by the axial clearance tampering of the worm wheel and worm gear.

● When there are no bottles or bottles coming in or out and bottles are piled up, the counting disc automatically stops running and does not count the bottles, but still maintains the start-up state, and the machine automatically resumes counting when waiting for the bottles to come in and come out.
