Equipment Introduction

This machine is an intelligent high-precision automatic capsule counting machine. The new capsule counting device can automatically realise the precise counting of any number (odd, even, prime) for bottle filling. The equipment has novel structure, small volume, stable operation and low noise. Widely used in small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises, health food factory, hospital preparation room, is the ideal automatic counting and bottling equipment.

● Control using touch screen human-machine interface PLC programmable controller technology can quickly set a variety of parameters;

● Light control technology automatically detects the absence of bottles or turning over of bottles so that the waste of capsules can be reduced to a lower point with an automatic alarm;

● Moulds are all designed with cylindrical pin positioning so that it takes only 5 minutes to replace the moulds and install them in place;

● All parts in contact with drugs are made of 304 stainless steel, in line with GMP standards;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other information), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment.
