Equipment Introduction

This machine is a new type of OPP labelling machine with rotary and continuous running labelling. The equipment can automatically adjust the container in and out of the transmission; the container transmitted by the conveyor belt is separated by the bottle screw according to the spacing of the star wheel for a certain distance, and then the imported star wheel will be transmitted to the container turntable, the container will be fixed by the bottle pressure mechanism and the container's mould seat, the container will start to rotate at a certain speed; the product rotates mechanically in the process of pre-positioning; and according to the mechanism of the trajectory of the positioning of the labelling When the container reaches the electric eye detection position, the computer host controls the label feeding system to feed the label. When the container arrives at the electric eye detection position, the computer host controls the label feeding system to feed the label, when the completion of a label feeding action, high-speed cutter to cut off a label; due to the use of small inertia high-speed servo motors, to ensure that high-speed feeding and cutting the accuracy and stability of the label;

The cut off label is sent into the gluing system; in this part, the system applies glue to the first and last edges of the label, and this way of applying glue makes the consumption of hot melt adhesive lower.
