● This machine is suitable for liquid filling and rubber stopper sealing with glass or plastic syringes, other shapes of syringes can be customised.

● Multiple filling nozzles filling at the same time, rubber plug sealing can be pressed in, other shapes of syringes can be customised.

● Plug sealing and filling are synchronised to improve the pass rate of the finished product.

● All parts in contact with liquid are made of SUS 316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber.

● Touch screen displays all the working status, real-time automatic alarm shows the fault location, fault prompts and saves the fault record, supports multiple languages.

● Ceramic plunger pump discharge volume setting and accuracy correction can be done on the touch screen without any tools.

● The whole machine is made of stainless steel and meets the requirements of GMP 2010.

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, etc.), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment.
