Aluminium foil sealing machine equipment introduction

This equipment is a new generation of sealing equipment which replaces the backward process such as cork and wax dipping. It is an ideal sealing equipment which uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate high heat instantly to the aluminium foil sheet on the bottle mouth, thus fusing the aluminium foil on the bottle mouth to achieve the purpose of sealing. After sealing with aluminium foil sealing machine, the products have good moisture-proof and mould-proof effect, so as to achieve the purpose of prolonging the preservation cycle of the products and preventing counterfeiting. Printing the trademark on the aluminium foil can also effectively prevent the production of counterfeit products. It is specially used in the sealing process of medicine, pesticide, food, cosmetics, lubricating oil and other industries. The material of the container can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene poly (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), polystyrene (PS), and glass, etc. It cannot be used for metal bottles and caps.
