GY Linear Capping Machine

Equipment Introduction 

GY series capping machine is an automatic capping machine specially designed for pharmaceutical, bonded products and food industry. The equipment consists of cap lifting, cap management, capping, conveying and rejecting mechanism. Bottles are automatically capped after entering the work station, and then clamped by the bottle clamping mechanism and sent to the capping mechanism to press the cap. As the bottle clamping belt and capping belt are made of special material, it not only ensures the durability of the equipment but also ensures that it will not cause damage to the bottles and caps. This equipment in the bottle cap compression after the oblique cap crooked cap detection, for unqualified bottles to be rejected, to ensure that the product qualification rate.

Features of capping machine

● The whole machine adopts touch screen with Chinese interface, the operation display is clear and easy to understand;

● The capping belt is frequency-controlled to ensure that it is synchronised with the conveying speed;

The capping part adopts ladder-type lifting belt, which makes the cap loading speed fast and the noise low;

● The cap dropping structure has the function of automatic rejection of the reverse cap (except by the weight of the cap itself and air blowing), ensuring the caps to be put into the track smoothly without blocking the material;

● Ramp type cap pressing belt gradually presses the belt; first correct and then press to ensure the correctness of the cap;

● Automatic cap management and cap pressing, reducing the labour intensity of workers;

● The body shell is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets the GMP requirements;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other explanatory information), to provide full protection for the normal operation of the capping machine;

● Optional capping defective products and no aluminium foil detection and rejection mechanism.
