Equipment Introduction

SLP series bottle sorter is electromechanical equipment, which consists of bottle lifting device and bottle sorting device. It can automatically sort out the disorderly plastic round and square bottles into bottles with mouths facing upwards, which saves a lot of labour cost. It has high speed, smooth operation, no jamming, no damage to bottles and appearance, high qualified rate, easy and convenient to change the specification, only need to make simple adjustments. The operation of the equipment is simple, the surface of the equipment is made of stainless steel and non-toxic, chemically stable non-metallic materials, easy to clean, no dead angle. The automatic lifting bin reduces the labour intensity of the operator who frequently feeds the product. The product meets the requirements of GMP specification.

● Unique bottle turning mechanism, no need to blow bottles with air source, fast speed and low noise; 

● Nylon material is used for the parts contacting with bottles to ensure no damage to bottles;

● The bottle outlet is controlled by photoelectricity automatically, avoiding the bottle accumulation and extrusion deformation;

● Built-in lifting feeder reduces the number of times the operator has to add materials and reduces the labour intensity of workers;

● The shell of the machine is made of stainless steel 304, which meets the requirements of GMP;

● Plexiglass cover on the top of the machine to ensure the safety of the operator;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other information), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment.
