Equipment Introduction

RX series capping machine is an automatic capping machine specially designed for the bottle production line of pharmaceutical and health care products, foodstuffs, daily chemicals and other industries. It adopts astrolabe structure, which integrates capping, bottle feeding, capping and bottle discharging, and can accurately locate and cap each bottle. There is no injury to bottles and caps in the capping process, and it is suitable for plastic bottle caps of various specifications. Constant torque capping mechanism ensures that each capping head stops rotating automatically after the screwing force reaches a certain torque, and the torque can be adjusted conveniently. The whole machine adopts PLC control and touch human-machine interface, which is convenient and intuitive to operate.

The machine has fast capping speed, high efficiency, smooth operation, wide range of use, and can be used with all kinds of bottling lines to meet GMP and FDA requirements.

● Tight structure, electrical control and other parts are all sealed to avoid material affecting the service life of electrical components;

● Normal production process, no need for personal supervision, equipped with a variety of automatic protection devices;

● The body shell is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets the GMP requirements;

● The operating area of the equipment is equipped with a safety cover, providing more safety for the operator;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrading and other explanatory information), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment;

● Optional capping defective products and no aluminium foil detection mechanism;

● Optional data network interface for data storage and reading management.
