Equipment Introduction

This equipment is a newly designed double-station canning machine based on our long-term practice in the field of powder canning and abandoning the original design concept of turntable-type can feeding. The single-row main and auxiliary double-head filling system and the first can feeding system ensure high precision and remove the disadvantage of inconvenient cleaning of the carousel-type can feeding system. It mainly completes the work of high-precision filling and metering. It can be matched with other equipments to form a complete set of canning line, suitable for canning milk powder, protein powder, chicken powder, glucose, rice powder, cocoa powder, solid beverage and so on.

● Workflow: can inlet → can support → vibration → measurement and filling → vibration → vibration → weighing feedback → refilling → checking the weight and rejecting the over-difference → can outlet.
