Equipment Introduction:

GX capping machine is an automatic capping machine specially designed for pharmaceutical and food industry. The capping machine consists of cap lifting, capping, capping, capping, conveying and capping machine rejecting mechanism. Bottles are automatically capped after entering the work station, and then the bottle clamping mechanism of the capping machine clamps the bottles and then sends them to the capping mechanism to screw the caps. As the bottle clamping belts and friction wheels are made of specially designed materials, it not only ensures the equipment's durability but also ensures that there is no damage to the bottles and caps. This equipment in the screw tightening threads for oblique cap crooked cap detection, for the unqualified bottles to be rejected, to ensure the qualification rate of the product.

● The capping machine adopts PLC control, Chinese and English interface touch screen, the operation display is clear and easy to understand;

● The mode of "one cap rolling wheel corresponds to one motor" ensures that the capping machine is still stable, reliable, consistent torque and easy to adjust even under long-term fatigue working condition;

● The bottle clamping belt can be adjusted individually to make it suitable for cap rolling of bottles of different heights and shapes;

● Equipped with a lifting motor, the machine can be automatically lifted and lowered;

● Non-toxic synchronous belt and non-toxic capping wheel are adopted for the parts in contact with bottles and caps;

● The adjusting screw is equipped with digital position display function, which reduces the difficulty of operation and avoids the capping not being tightened due to improper adjustment;

● Automatic capping and screwing to reduce the labour intensity of workers;

● Capping machine body shell is made of stainless steel 304 material, in line with GMP requirements;

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other explanatory information), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment;

● Magnetic powder torque limiter can be configured to effectively guarantee the product torque;

● The capping machine can be equipped with optional cap guiding device, the equipment is also suitable for cap rubbing of caps with pump head;

● Optional capping defective product and no aluminium foil detection mechanism;

● Optional data network interface for data storage and reading management.
