Brief introduction of the equipment

This machine is mainly developed and designed for the ultra-fine powder which is easy to raise dust and high precision packaging requirements, it can complete the automatic positioning and lifting of bottles, filling and metering, etc. It consists of a weighing screw filling machine, a chain conveyor and a pneumatic positioning device, and it can complete the work of double-speed filling, metering and lifting according to the signals given by weight sensors installed under the containers. It is suitable for packing additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultra-fine powders, and powders with high precision packing requirements.

● The pallet is mounted on the weight sensor, which performs fast and slow filling according to the pre-set weight, and the weighing system with high response speed ensures high packing accuracy.

● Servo motor driven tray lifting and lowering, lifting speed can be set arbitrarily, basically no dust will be raised to pollute the environment when filling.

● Servo motor and servo drive control screw, stable performance and high precision.

● PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface display, easy to operate.

● All stainless steel structure; combined or open type hopper, easy to clean.

● Filling head is equipped with hand wheel to adjust the height, easy to realise many kinds of packing specifications.

● Fixed screw mounting structure, no influence on material properties during filling.

● Workflow: Conveyor belt into the canister → canister positioning and raising → fast filling while the canister is lowering → weight up to the pre-measurement value → slow filling → weight up to the target value → conveyor belt out of the canister.

● Two working modes can be switched, quantitative type or real-time weighing type, quantitative type is fast and slightly less accurate, real-time weighing type is highly accurate and slightly slower.

● Complete equipment supporting information (including equipment structure, principle, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and other information), to provide adequate protection for the normal operation of the equipment;
